PROS:

  • N standard : NETGEAR WNR 2000 is a Wireless N router offers better throughput and range than G routers
  • NETGEAR Live Parental : Live Parental Controls enable families and small businesses to restrict access to unsafe and inappropriate websites on all Internet-connected devices via the router, with filtering for more than 50 categories of content, for example disallow computers or mobile wireless devices such as Ipod or PSP to access to Social networking sites , video sharing , violence etc....

CONS:

  • A bit expensive : Netgear WNR 2000 is considered a bit expensive , with almost the same price you can get Belkin n+ router which had more features and better performance
  • no dual band support : the Netgear WNR 2000 work only on the 2.4 Ghz band and do not support 5Ghz
  • No USB port : lack of USB ports for connecting a storage device over the network
  • No Gigabit Ethernet ports

What a piece of crap, the wireless connection went down after only 3+ months. The only support I could get was from Harry in New Delhi.
