PROS:

  • 802.11n Draft 2.0 : Wireless-N is the latest technology built for faster transfer speeds with less interference and greater range.
  • Dual radio Band : Linksys WRT320N support the two band 2.4 Ghz and 5Ghz . The 5 Ghz frequency gives you better performance in a short range but also a shorter range than the 2.4 GHz , unfortunately , the router don't support them simultaneously.
  • Gigabit speed : Linksys WRT320N offers a GIgabit connection with wired connection
  • Advanced content Filtering system which allow you to filter Internet access for certain computer like blocking some websites , limiting Internet access time ( for example cut off Internet access after midnight).
  • Wi-Fi Protected Setup: with the Linksys WRT320N , There is no need to know the SSID and password to connect to the wireless network .the user simply has to push a button, either an actual or virtual one to connect to the network
  • Easy setup and nice design

CONS:

  • No Simultaneous Dual Band : you have to choose one band to work with(2.4 Ghz or 5Ghz),you can't use them simultaneously like the Linksys WRT610n
  • Lack of USB ports

Pros: Good download speed , easy setup with windows

Cons: I have several problems setup the router in a linux machine , I could not talk to this router up using the default IP address. I called Linksys support and they told me to get another pc running windows to run their setup program.
